Designed specifically for small or medium-sized businesses looking to take advantage of Panasonic’s reputation for quality technology, without needing a huge budget, the KX-NS700 unified communications solution is a small system with the ability to manage big future growth. Easy to install and maintain, it is a cost-effective legacy and IP communication system for companies with up to 250 users in a single site that can be flexibly configured and expanded, making it the ideal alternative to cloud-based solutions.

The system has sufficient capacity for legacy and IP ports, and Expansion Cabinets can be used to expand the system when you want. It can even connect to the Panasonic KX-NS1000 system to create a small, medium and enterprise solution.
The KX-NS700 can support the needs of supervisors in call centers, such as queue announcements, live status monitoring, activity reports, automatic conversation recording and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
The system starts from only 6 extensions, up to 288 extensions with Expansion Units. It is also a unified communications system which has rich IP features, such as mobile linking, integrated voicemail and e-mail, instant messaging (chat), and presence information.

The pre-installed Panasonic Communication Assistant productivity application suite enhances unified communications and collaboration with visual control of calls and messages from a PC. This includes point-and-click call control, presence (with calendar integration), instant messaging, integration with Microsoft Outlook and group conferencing, as well as door phone and IP camera integration.
Now, there is no need for customers to have multiple contact numbers for users who also use a mobile phone. The NS1000 includes all that is required to integrate mobile phones and mobile devices with your office communications network, allowing cellular phones to be used just like office extensions – making and receiving calls, using PBX short dialing codes, and even managing ICD groups is possible from mobile devices.
The KX-NS1000 includes an advanced call routing function for small to medium size call centers. This function can be used without an external CTI server. More efficient call reception enables you to effectively utilize limited resources to assist in improving customer service. The solution can be further enhanced to suit more sophisticated call centers in combination with Voice Mail functions, IVR, the Communication Assistant and third party CTI applications.

If network trouble occurs with a multi-site connection, the KX-NSX at each site can operate as a stand-alone system. With a primary unit and secondary unit installed, if a problem occurs with the working system on the primary unit, the backup system of the secondary unit is promoted to the working system and continues operation as KX-NSX master PBX.
